This is a VRChat avatar based on Sistine Fibel aka Sisti aka Shironeko from “Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records” anime series with cat ears here to stun you with her cuteness and lighthing spells. She has dynamic hair and other parts, eye tracking, blinking, lipsync, and 3 different facial expressions as well as a miniskirt that doesn't clip through her legs. She also wields powerful lighing spell that bursts upon the touch with objects in a world.

!! Important: if you want the dynamic hair and other parts to work you need the Dynamic Bone package which should be imported prior to the avatar package.
